Working in The Province of Scotland

In Scotland, Mothers' Union has almost a thousand members spread over eight dioceses.

Mothers' Union members in Scotland are involved in many activities including Mother & Toddler groups, providing holidays for families in need, help and support for the homeless, supervising children's play areas in prisons and hosting 'drop in' centres. Members are also keen to respond to Mothers' Union work in social policy and often comment on Consultations and Green Papers from Parliament.

The spiritual life of Mothers' Union plays an integral part to all of its work, and members in Scotland regularly meet for prayer and fellowship and to organise and attend retreats and quiet days.
