Joining is easy!
You can become part of our worldwide organisation to support family life today! Membership is open to anyone, male or female, single or married, providing you have been baptised as a Christian and support our aims and objectives.
Everyone has different demands on their time, so Mothers Union offers three types of membership. All membership enables you to engage with the work of Mothers' Union in a way that suits you best.
Central Membership
You can support us and be kept up-to-date on the latest Mothers' Union work and campaigns by joining as a central member. For the 22 membership fee in the UK, or 28 outside of the UK, you will receive the Mothers Union magazines and newspapers, featuring our work around the world, stories of how your support is helping Mothers' Union to build lives, families and communities; the prayer diary twice a year; and any current campaigns and updates.

Branch Membership
You can join as a branch member and get involved with Mothers' Union at a local level. Branches are attached to parishes, and often meet up to pray and support members, learn more about the work of Mothers' Union, and get involved with projects and campaigns.
Simply fill out the form below and we can pass your joining details on to a local group who will give you more information about a branch near you.
Diocesan Membership
Within the UK and Ireland you can become a diocesan member. You will receive updates about local Mothers' Union work, and can get involved in different ways.
Mothers' Union is split into regions known as dioceses, which hold their own activities and have their own officials. Within each diocese there are branches of members who host their own activities too, and then support the wider community at diocesan level.
Simply fill out the form below and we can pass your joining details on to a local group who will give you more information about being a diocesan member.
